Like last year, my Godmother requested cupcakes for her RCIA class to celebrate them entering into the Church. I didn’t want to make it just like last years cupcake cross and I also need to add more cupcakes than I did last year.
The cupcakes were once again a mixture of chocolate and vanilla, but with more cupcakes, I used an oversize sheet cake board and box to allow more room. I made the cross longer in all directions, which made it look really pretty!
I added a white banner like last years but piped God Bless in light purple buttercream. Then to complete the cupcake cross I added a few white royal icing calla lilies on the banner.
I think this might be my favorite cupcake cross to date!
