Today is Halloween, my favorite holiday, and Andrew had his first Halloween party at daycare! I know I am way more excited than he is but I don’t care. Since we’re talking about 1-4-year-olds I knew cupcakes would be a big hit. I had some cute spider web cupcakes liners leftover from the cupcakes I made for our Halloween party and some mini black and white striped cupcakes liner. I decided to make something similar to those cupcakes.
I kept the flavors simple with vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting. I sprinkled on some orange and black peril sprinkles on the mini cupcakes. On the normal-sized cupcakes, I added some orange sugar sprinkles before piping on a black spider web.
They came out super cute and the kids LOVED them!
