1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Water
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
12 oz bag of Fresh Cranberries
- In a sauce pan, combine sugar, brown sugar, orange juice, water, and cinnamon. Stir until the sugar has been dissolved.
- Add the cranberries and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until the cranberries pop. Mash and reduce heat to low and simmer up to another 10 minutes until the desired thickness.
- Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. As the sauce cools it will get thicker.
